Team Thad powered by Young for Youth Foundation is a nationally recognized grassroots basketball program based in Memphis, Tennessee. Founded by 17-year NBA veteran Thaddeus Young, the program is built on a foundation of discipline, excellence, and opportunity. Competing on the prestigious Nike EYBL (Elite Youth Basketball League) circuit, Team Thad provides elite student-athletes with the platform, exposure, and mentorship needed to reach the next level — both on and off the court.

Since its inception, Team Thad has helped develop and launch the careers of countless Division I athletes, NBA players, and international pros. Our program focuses on more than just winning — we emphasize education, character, accountability, and leadership to shape complete individuals who succeed in every aspect of life.
